A Statement from Press Red

For almost ten years, Press Red has called STOP to violence and abuse against women and girls. The last 12 months have been no exception. Throughout this time we have seen new doors open through performances like CONTROL and #Belikeboaz, engaging churches, communities and local councils in vital conversations and action.

None of this would have been possible without the generosity, encouragement and commitment of our staff team, supporters, partners and collaborators, who have journeyed with us and enabled us to reach an ever-growing audience. A big THANK YOU to you all.

Press Red has, however, found it increasingly difficult to secure the necessary funding to operate. As a result, we have had to make some tough decisions.

Moving forward the Press Red charity will be closing, but hand-in-hand we are delighted that the Press Red programmes are being transferred to Restored, a like-minded charity working to end violence against women and support survivors of domestic abuse.

As Restored shares our passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of women and girls, we warmly encourage you to Connect with Restored, and if you are able to support their work financially then Click Here.

Thank you for standing with us over the past decade. Your support has mattered and made a great difference.

With every blessing

The PRESS RED Trustees
