Our Current Projects
As an umbrella charity, we tackle all of the different forms of violence against women, working as the first step in the process of individuals, churches, and organisations realising the scale of the abuse taking place and getting involved with specialist charities and experts to help make a difference in the UK.
Conferences
We run conferences all over the country, working closely with partner organisations, charities, speakers and ambassadors to host Press Red events around the UK.
Prison Work
We want to stand alongside prisoners as they deal with their experiences of abuse, and so our prison work provides an opportunity for inmates to learn more about abuse.
Primary & Secondary Schools Work
We visit primary schools to not only teach pupils about gender-based abuse but also about healthy relationships and self-worth.
Online course
We are thrilled to be working with Redcliffe College to equip Christians to recognise, understand and overcome gender-based violence through an online course now launched!
HELP TURN THE TIDE
Women are subjected to violence in a wide range of settings, including the family, the community, state custody, and armed conflict and its aftermath. Violence constitutes a continuum across the lifespan of women, from before birth to old age. It cuts across both the public and the private spheres.” – UN Secretary-General
