As an umbrella charity, we tackle all of the different forms of worldwide violence against women, working as the first step in the process of individuals, churches, and organisations realising the scale of the abuse taking place and getting involved with specialist charities and experts to help make a difference.

Statistics from safelives.org state that each year 2 million people suffer from domestic abuse (12.2%) and each month 7 women are killed by a current or former partner in England and Wales
Between April 2018 and March 2019, data shows 6,415 women and girls had been identified as having FGM
The Forced Marriage Unit (FMU), gave advice or support related to forced marriage in 1,196 cases in the UK in 2017
The exact scale of honour killings in the UK is unknown, but of those reported cases since 2010, there have been 11 attempted killings, and 18 actual killings.
